October 18, 2018 – Day 353 – iPhone 7 Plus Daily B/W Photo Challenge – Boys will be boys – Jayden and Damion climb over the top of the railing this afternoon as they had a great time playing around on the stage at our local city park. Climbing, running, jumping it’s what playing outdoors is all about! Also, makes for some great pictures if you’re quick!

October 17, 2018 – Day 352 – iPhone 7 Plus Daily B/W Photo Challenge – Box Office – I just left Central Camera in Paducah, Ky and was driving down the street when I passed the old movie theater there, that is under renovation, and this frozen in time usher taking tickets! Well, needless to say I circled the block and came back for this picture! If you ever pass something and think, that’d make a good shot, turn around and do it then, because it may not be there next time you come by! Trust your instincts when it comes to your photography!

October 16, 2018 – Day 351 – iPhone 7 Plus Daily B/W Photo Challenge – A different type – I can remember using a typewriter just like this in my younger years! Now about the only place you find them are in antique, junk, yard sales and thrift places! Looks like this one has seen a bit of use over the years, but it still makes for a great picture!

October 14, 2018 – Day 349 – iPhone 7 Plus Daily B/W Photo Challenge – Blessing – My nephew Damion receives a blessing from Ms Margaret this morning at the end of his Worship and Wonder Class at First Christian Church. All our “Littles” enjoy their time in church and every single person that helps them along this path in their lives are angels!

October 13, 2018 – Day 348 – iPhone 7 Plus Daily B/W Photo Challenge – Trackside – Gunner and his Grandpa Keith smile as I grabbed an informal portrait of them today at the Old L&N Railroad Depot in Hopkinsville, Ky. They, along with myself and many other members of the West Kentucky Chapter of the National Railway Historical Society gathered for a cookout and train watching event.

October 12, 2018 – Day 347 – iPhone 7 Plus Daily B/W Photo Challenge – Lazy Cat – My cat Tabatha has settled in beside me for the evening after a long, hard, tiresome day of lounging around the house with two kids running around. Still has that left eye cracked open to keep an eye on what I’m doing! Can’t get a thing past her!

October 11, 2018 – Day 346 – iPhone 7 Plus Daily B/W Photo Challenge – Up Close – My great-great nephew Jeremiah was getting up close and personal with Micky Mouse on my large screen TV in the family room this afternoon when he turned and give us this look and smile! Love it and him to the moon and back!! Sometimes the image doesn’t have to be tack sharp to be effective, all it needs to do is evoke an emotion or response from the viewer!

Photographing projects and accomplishments of the kids in your world will always result in good pictures, if you just look for them!

October 8, 2018 – Day 343 – iPhone 7 Plus Daily B/W Photo Challenge – Workstation – This is my Monday morning workstation view! I run the video camera Sundays at First Christian Church here in Madisonville, Ky and after I edit the video on my desktop at home I come into church and upload the videos and update the church’s website. It’s a great, quiet, peaceful place to spend a coupe hours on a Monday morning!
